Negotiating Skills for Service Agreements

Creating a win-win relationship between a healthcare organization and a medical equipment service provider becomes a legal document at the service agreement. The process in developing, negotiating and finalizing the agreement are critical key steps for both parties. This session will discuss some the skills, methods and tactics used in the process of negotiating medical equipment service agreements. Participants may be asked to participate and share examples (both positive and negative) in their experiences in negotiating service agreements.
