MD Publishing was founded by on an idea, a leap of faith and lots of credit…like most entrepreneurial ventures. Founder John Krieg’s vision for providing news and information for the medical equipment industry became a reality in January of 1996, and the journey since has been as rewarding and fulfilling as any career imaginable.

1996	Company founded in Ann Arbor, MI (Go Blue!): First issue of Medical Dealer distributed to hospitals in January
1998	September: Company relocates to current headquarters in Peachtree City, GA
1999	Medical Dealer Buyers Guide Inaugural issue
2001	In August OR Today launched
2002	First annual MD Expo hosted in Callaway Gardens, GA; 30 Exhibitors and over 100 attendees partake
2005	www.mdpublishing.com hits 1,000,000 visitors
2008	MD Expo goes on the road with show in Orlando
2009	MedWrench, the medical product social network, seed is planted
2009	MD Expo Spring launched in Scottsdale, AZ
2009	July: TechNation website / Listserv goes live
2010	January: TechNation magazine launched
2011	“The future’s so bright, I gotta wear shades…”
